Numerology

Numerology is the science of numbers. Numerology deals with the mystic influences of numbers as they help us trace the lifetime events of an individual. The entire branch of arithmetic deals with numbers; so does statistics. Numerology deals with definition and prediction and is as such allied to astrology, palmistry, physiognomy and other such branches of occult teaching.

Number 1 to 9 are called basic numbers because all other numbers are produced by putting these basic numbers one after the other. All numbers are permutations and combinations of these basic numbers. Zero is not included in the basic numbers because zero signifies nothing.

According to the principles of Numerology, a large number can be reduced to the basic number by adding each of its digits with the others. And the process is repeated until a single number is achieved.

Example: 2,356,438,971

add up all the digits of the number

2 + 3 + 5 + 6 + 4 + 3 + 8 + 9 + 7 + 1 = 48

Add the digits again 4 + 8 = 12

Add the digits again 1 + 2 = 3

so the basic number of 2,356,438,971 is 3

In order to reduce a large figure we have to go on adding a number, which constitutes the figure till we arrive at a number that is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9.

In numerology, when we speak of a person as number one, it includes all people who are born on the 1st, 10th, 19th or 28th of any month.

Like wise;

2 includes 2nd, 11th, 20th or 29th of any month

3 includes 3rd, 12th, 21st or 30th of any month

4 includes 4th, 13th, 22nd, 31st of any month

5 includes 5th, 14th or 23rd of any month

6 includes 6th, 15th, 24th of any month

7 includes 7th, 16th or 25th of any month

8 includes 8th, 17th, 26th of any month

9 Includes 9th, 18th & 27th of any month

As there are only nine basic numbers all people are divided into nine groups.

Personal Numbers:

Personal numbers are the numbers of individual persons. These are determined by adding together the number value of every letter in the name of the person concerned.

The number value of every letter in the alphabet is given below.

A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4, E=5, F=6, G=7, H=8, I=9, J=1, K=2, L=3, M=4, N=5, O=6, P=7, Q=8, R=9, S=1, T=2, U=3, V=4, W=5, X=6,Y=7, Z=8

Finding your Personal Number:

While finding the personal number take the name of the person by which he is popularly known, because that indicates the public influence of the name. After all it is the public influence that the name is required to assess. For example Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, should be adjudged on the basis of Mahatma Gandhi, because that was the name by which the public knows him, honored him and acknowledged his magnetic personality.
